1st contract

Your contract partner is Fahrschule Alper GmbH. The contract comes into force upon registration (verbally, by telephone or online) and ends automatically after successful completion of the practical test. The driving school is committed to offering you impeccable and proper training that meets the requirements of the Swiss Road Traffic Act.

However, the conclusion of the training contract does not guarantee receipt of the driver's license, especially if the learner driver wants to take the practical test too early.

2nd driving lessons

A driving lesson (driving lesson) lasts 50 minutes and includes greetings, learning objectives, instructions, practical driving, final briefing and making an appointment.

Please bring a valid learning pass with you to every driving lesson and present it before you start. Without a valid learning ticket, the lesson will be canceled with costs.

Appropriate footwear is mandatory (no flip flops, high heels, boots with thick soles, etc.). If edition 01 is entered in the learning ticket, glasses or contact lenses are also mandatory.

cancellations: Arranged driving lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours (one working day) in advance (excluding Sundays and public holidays), otherwise they will be charged. Cancellations via SMS or email are only considered confirmed if you receive confirmation from us. Subsequent cancellations or no-shows are at your expense, regardless of the reason. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be presented within 48 hours. Certificates issued by telephone will not be accepted.

3. Prices, subscriptions and payments

Driving lessons must be paid directly at the start or immediately after the lesson.

Subscriptions are considered discounted driving lessons and are only granted when paid in advance. Unused driving lessons from a subscription will be refunded after passing the driving test. This is done back to the next smaller subscription and any difference is paid out. Subscriptions are valid for two years.

The prices can be viewed on our website at any time. We reserve the right to change them without notice.

Unpaid driving lessons must be paid no later than the day of the exam. Otherwise, audit support will be refused. The resulting costs are borne by the learner driver.

Payment arrears occur without further ado if invoices are not paid in full by the due date. A fee of CHF 30.— is charged per reminder.

4. Administration and insurance fee

The administration and insurance fee is mandatory from the first driving lesson and must be paid at the start of the training. This flat rate does not apply for trial lessons.

The lump sum includes administrative services (e.g. examination registrations, settlement with authorities) and an increased risk of liability and comprehensive insurance during training. Any deductible is excluded. The one-time fee is CHF 100.— and is not refundable. It is valid for a maximum of two years and only for the duration of the corresponding category.

5. Data protection

Fahrschule Alper GmbH is entitled to store the personal data of learner drivers and to pass it on to third parties commissioned in accordance with data protection regulations (e.g. accounting, insurance). Photos taken during training may be used for our website, Facebook pages and promotional materials.

In the event of abusive registrations, the course or driving lesson costs will be charged in full. We reserve the right to take further legal action.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the last driving lesson completed. If this does not meet your expectations, the fee will be refunded in full.

Refunds are only valid for the last driving lesson. Administration and insurance charges as well as previous lessons are excluded.
